内科・外科・病理カンファレンスは10分間意識が飛びました。
骨転移乳癌の講演会は20分間意識がとびました。
使い物にならんくせに給料もらってるのに、寝るなんて恥であります。
でも、
オペのブラインド鉤持ち中、ちびちび止血タイムとか厳しいぞ。
さすがにラパロでカメラもちしてるときは、
光源で腸管焼かないように必死ですけどもね。
緊張してか興奮してか、夜の睡眠が浅い気がするよ。

完全に目視下鈎引きでしたが。。。

オペ中にうたた寝してしまったときに、めっさ怒られたｗ
麻酔科って寝ていいのが特権かと思ってたのに(嘘)
それから怖くてなかなか座れないｗ
うちは一日一回は必ずラパロのカメラ持ちしますが、慣れとは怖いもので、寝てしまいます。
もちろん寝たら映像が乱れるのですぐに「真ん中みせろ」と言われ起きますが。
麻酔科なのに鈎引きしたよ。。。気切で。
7月からの外科が最近ちょっと憂鬱です。
だって研修医手術中何もできなさそうだし・・・・・。

産婦人科きびしい。お姉さま方の厳しい指摘とその後の放置っぷりにplanがたちません。ってか大学の医学教育、ポリクリってなんだったんだろう。あんま役にたっとらん。内診もしたことなかったし・・・。

低位前方切除にしても骨盤内蔵全摘にしても、見えたためしがない。

我々の病院では、あまりに笑いすぎて術者に怒られるんじゃないかと思うくらい笑う時間だったりします。30分くらい盛り上がっては、麻酔チャートを慌てて埋めたりしています。
